Observations of the partial solar eclipse at MCC

On the occasion of the partial solar eclipse, with a maximum of a 46% of the solar photosphere hidden as seen from the Canaries, the Museum of Science and the Cosmos in Tenerife organizes an educational event. Some Severo Ochoa researchers, among other  IAC Solar Physics line researchers, will collaborate.

The solar eclipse will be observed using different methods/telescopes and questions raised by the public will be answered. Members of the Communication and Scientific Culture Unit of the IAC will also participate in this event, together with IAC researchers and PhD students.
